Cell Electrical is an Electrical Contracting company located in Toronto, Ontario.  The current owner brought his Electrical Skills and Experiences with spending over 12 years at Acceleration Electrical Services, where he was co-founder.

The best way to explain Cell Electrical principles is to let their work speak for itself (and the happy clients and employees for that matter!) 

If the management were to sum up the Cell Electrical difference in words, they'd use phrases like:
